I have lived in the Remington Grove Apartments for the last 10 years in three different apartments. The prices are fair, the apartments are centrally located, the landscaping is top notch, and I have never run into problems with pests. The other reviews that claim roaches make me wonder about the lifestyle of those invidvuals and their cleanliness.

U the manager? Go fool some one else. Seems from your post you are only writing here to defend your illegal actions of evicting people for invented & manufactured clauses and try and boost some ratings so that you MAY have a .0001% chance of renting out your roach boxes for anything other then free. I have lived in apartments for 20 yrs, no roaches/ants/spiders anywhere...well except for this roach house. And they don't go irrespective of the treatment. MAYBE its not the residents and instead the complex. Did that possibility ever cross your mind.... Manager

I guess there will be exceptions as there are 250 apartment units. But one or two exception among 250 is irrelevant. This is useless, dirty, poor service apartment. period.Rent at your own risk and lose your deposit when you leave.

who ever rated as 4 is wrong... i was there for 4 years... worst manager/owner...worst staff... worst service... no community... no enjoyment... not secured... etc................

Notice that the review poster mentioned NOTHING about the management, rental office employees or owner. Know why? Because there is absolutely nothing good to say about them. The employees do not defend the tenants because they live in fear of losing their jobs if they do. The owner is a manipulative, greedy, rich man who is inconsiderate of all people, independent of race. He treats everyone the same, horribly. If the poster is not the owner, he or she is probably close to him. Also, this review is incredibly brief and lacks detail. It's a set up, though it won't work because the reviews for RGA are overwhelmingly poor. So poor in fact, that this complex should be shut down. At the very least, the BBB and the Department of Corporations should be notified and complaints should be lodged. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PERSON'S REVIEW IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT RENTING HERE. YOU WILL BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE IF YOU SIGN A LEASE.

Let me comment. There are about 3 washers now for the whole complex of 250 apartments. (Since last 3 months). Hope our 'good' friend who lived for 10 years now feels the pain and changes his mind about the rating.Its a junk apartment. People who want to save money come here, but end up paying much more. (deposit is 1000, twice the market and never returned and the apartment will be repaired after you leave, at your cost)
