The management is not at all responsive here. If something gets broken in the apartment that never gets fixed. Also, management troubles you for trivial things. Even if children leave their toy in the patio management sends 3-day eviction notice. I used to drop rent check at their drop box. Once they sent me a notice that the rent was not received and charged fine. I didn't understand how the check could get misplaced from the drop box when I personally dropped it. In any case I just paid the fine. Later I heard from other tenants also that the same thing happened to them as well. So, perhaps it's management trick to either make extra money or simply bother tenants, as they often do that.

Don't live there is you want a life. Its a freak show of that crazy racist. Its all a well a defined playbook in this neck of the woods.
