one year like a hell, after moving ruining my time and my life and my money

If anybody plane to move in this appartment Please STAY AWAY from this HELL.
I was living in this apartment for one year,I got very worst experience.Very expensive, they charge different penalties, even though you are not in falt.After moving out they make your life more then hell.They took all security deposite for appartment, for party hall, but don't acpect they give you bake.
I left this apartment before 5 months,I dont get my money,they charge me 60%(600/1000) for a small studio.Everyday I call them and they give me a same answer"I dont know when will you get your money back".Most of the time Manager dosen't give me answer and hang up the phone. They ruined my life and money.If anybody suffering from this same situation and know how to deal with these gyus.
I want to take a legal action.
