i've been living at remington place for almost 5 months now, i signed a 6 months lease. i won't be staying after the lease is over because the neighbors are rude and noisy. walls are thin so you can hear them talking when walking down the hall. once inside, you can hear the banging of doors and clinking of keys. that's how thin the doors/walls are. this is the first studio apt i've been in, so i'm not sure how others are like. main reason why i'm moving out is because of the damn neighbors that complains about everything, they even took my laundry out of the machines even when it wasn't done! landscaping here is nice, leaf blower going all the time because the trees are everywhere. making it dim on the inside of the unit. tree sap of some kind keeps falling on my car so i have to get a carwash frequently. parking is decent, you get one assigned space and people are pretty respectable about it. the management is decent, the british lady is approachable and responds quickly. she's helpful when you have problems and in the office most of the time. i don't think she's rude like others said, maybe those people are troublemakers who don't pay thier rent or something. anyway, the place is pretty small but not too bad for 1 or 2 people.
