I rented a Studio four years ago at Remington Arms (in 1997), but from reading these reviews, it sounds like nothing has changed. When I moved out in 1997 I was looking for a place that you could write up reviews for in order to warn other prospective renters to stay away. Finally I've found such a place to house my warning! I shall have my vengeance yet, Remington Arms!!

The studio apartment was DAMN small and the complex is really old. No dishwasher, nothing. Parking is OK if you live by yourself, but for 2 people, one had to park either down a dark alley or across a busy street. That's no fun.

The apartment management is RANCID. A ------- and ---- ran the place when I lived there and they live on the 2nd floor. They spy on you as you come and go and complain about any and everything. They failed to warn us that they were going to repave the parking lot and that we would have to park elsewhere. The water was cut off for THREE DAYS STRAIGHT - I had to shower at work. We lost power for over 24 hours as well.

Also, they WILL rip you off when you move out. I saw less than 50% of my deposit and lived there for less than 6 months.

This place is not for you. This place is not for anyone!!
