This resident lives above me and is very noisy. He was given a Noise complaint by the manager and he got pissed off. He has subsequently moved-out, and now we, his prior neighbors are happy.

No one is ever charged for Maintenance to the apartment, another blatant lie.

There is one assigned parking per apartment, and in the last three years only one car was broken into. Must have been his, but he should not blame management for that.

Rents are the same, but you have to renew your lease to get the prevailing rate.

Some residents or prior residents just give bad reviews and are not truthful, just because they are bad residents where ever they live.

Don't get fooled we live in a quiet place because the new manager has weeded out the bad ones.
