I lived here for 7 months before moving into my current place (reason for leaving was for moving in with roommate.)
My place was a studio with a backyard (impossible to find anywhere). Good size. Separated well. Management responded quickly to needs (only problem was disposable broke - fixed same day reported.) GREAT WATER PRESSURE AND PLENTY OF HOT WATER. Very close to everything (Safeway, Blockbuster, Trader Joe's, Target, plenty of restaurants all within 5 minute drive.) Only downside in memory was that Comcast is the only available cable and very limited guest parking, but there is plenty of street parking - its just a bit of a walk.
Rent has gone up since I lived there, but they did not raise it on me after my lease was up which was nice.
