Place is decent

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
We lived here for about one year and had a really bad ant problem. The apartment we had was brand new but the orientation of the apartment was difficult to get a furniture set around. Overall, the rent was steep and the noise level was a little annoying b/c we live just above the built-in car wash. Every weekend was a problem. I recommend living closer to the pool then away.
