Great place, great value

We really like it here. For a relatively new complex with washer and dryer, I thought the price was very good. The only nicer complex in the South Bay that we saw was Cherry Orchard, and it 50% more expensive, and their management was a bit snooty.
Renaissance management was always friendly and easy-going. The pool is really nice. I didn't appreciate the fitness room until I moved out, and now I have to pay to join a gym.
The parking situation looked daunting, but if you pick a unit on the west side (by Fair Oaks), spaces are plentiful. In fact, we never used our assigned car port because we could always find an open spot right outside our apartment. I don't even know which car port was ours.
The T1 line was a nice feature. I didn't have to deal with the cable/DSL company, and there are no contracts. You pay only for the days you have it.
The only negative was cable (as mentioned in other posts), but it was tolerable. The units facing south can install satellite dishes (another benefit of the relaxed and easy-going management).
