This place plain sucks. Let's have the good things first: Excellent connections and neighborhood. Friendly and fast maintenance staff. Nice apartments.

Now the bad things:
Management totally sucks. Tony, the manager, is the most unfriendly and arrogant person I have met so far, his assistant Nicole is not better. They will not help you, they will give you the feeling you are not wanted there, and they will treat you like some minor scum. There is intense noise in all apartments close to the parking spots. If you have people living above you, you will feel like a herd of elephants lives there. TVMax is the TV-provider, they totally suck. TV quality is from the seventies, channel selection is... well, what selection'

One word about internet access: Plagued by outages, no clue whatsoever on side of the staff as to what caused them for months, while paying $90 a month, even though not being able to use it. Questions'

Bottomline: if you get one of the apartments facing inward, preferrably on one of the upper floors, and never need to talk to management, and, oh yeah, use a satellite dish, you will love it there. Everybody else: Don;t rent anything there, this is guaranteed to satisfy your masochistic phantasies.
