You don't know how poor the living quality in this complex until you meet the management people here. Before you decide to move in, they will try to be very friendly, but once you move in they only care about your money. If something happen and you need to deal with these people, then they will never say sorry even though it's their fault and just keep us feel really bad. They really don't care about you.

The rent is really overpriced. You'd probably be offered nice 2 months free special. But when you need to extend the lease later, they will increase the rent as much as 40%. For me, they increased my rent from $1600 to $2250.

In terms of noise, you will hear your neighbours talk all the time, and frequently hear very loud airplane noise from LockeedMartin. They used very cheap materials and there's no sound-proof.

Location-wise, it's also bad. The complex might looks nice, but there are so many bad neighbours around the complex. There are so many vandalisms here.

In a word, Dont' even think about moving in here if you care about the quality of life. There will be much better choices in the market like northpark and avalons in better prices.
