I stayed here with 3 other people in a 2 bedroom apartment summer of 2004. It was really pleasant. I loved the little indian grocery store right next door, and the 55 bus stop was not far away. It took us to work at Apple every day.

I don't know anything about the management because i never interacted with them, but I never had problems with noise or too many kids. The pool is not huge, but not entirely piddly either. I loved it, because I would come home from work and swim slowly in the evenings. Often I would have the pool mostly to myself, with just a couple other people.

The apartments themselves were quite nice, too.
