The place is built by people and people at renaissance really bad and impossible to speak or talk to.
The apartments next to the park have to "live" with loud music of the midnight visitors to the Braly park.
Overall a poor looking apartment the color of the apartments make it look at least 100yrs old.

Hi! I'm the manager and I have no idea who this resident is. I'm very sorry that they had a negative experience here. Granted, the "on" and "off" button was broken on the TV, but the remote control worked fine. I definately agree that it wasn't replaced as soon as I would have liked either, but it has since been replaced with a 32 inch flat-screen and it is BEAUTIFUL! In fact, we are even going to attach a remote to each of the pieces of cardio equipment so that our residents won't have to interrupt thier workout to adjust the TV. We value the reviews we receive (even the negative ones) because how else would we know if we are missing the mark? So, thank you for your review and if you happen to read my response, I would like to ask that you call me so that we can discuss in detail why you were unhappy here. Maybe it was just a mis-understanding or something else that would be easy to fix.
