I decided to write this review because I accidentally ran into this page and was reading the negative ones which are totally not fair! My husband and I rented a 3-bedroom 3-bath here in 2005 and we couldn't be happier. I remember the nightmare that our apartment hunting was. The moment I set foot at Renaissance I realized I really wanted to live here. They throw wonderful events for the residents and they care! They are very strict about their rules, but they do care!
The grounds are impeccably cleaned, it is extremely quiet, the maintenance and the office staff are great! We've been here 2 years now and it never took more than 24hours to complete the work orders we've put in. Indeed, the rent went up once quite a lot, but that was happening everywhere...We love this place and until we are going to be able to afford covering a mortgage, we do not even consider moving out of this place.

Hi! I'm the manager and it occured to me that I was only responding to the negative reviews, and that doesn't seem right! I don't know who you are but it seems to me that if someone goes out of their way to say something nice about us, they at least deserve a sincere "Thank you!" I'm so glad you find our resident events to be "wonderful" as we really do put a lot of effort into making them special. I agree...our maintenance team is tops! They make every effort to complete all service requests in 24 hours. There are occasions in which that isn't possible, but they certainly do their best. Thanks again for the kind words...and as much as I would like to see everyone buy a house, I hope you will stay with us for a long, long time! :)
