When I started living here I really liked this place. But when you leave this place, U have to leave behind your deposit as well. They charge you unreasonably. You wont get more than one fourth of your deposit back.The manager is quite unfriendly.Rest of the staff is pretty fine. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Even we had very unpleasant experience while leaving the apartment.I made sure to leave the house utmost clean. I never used to hang or paste anything on the walls,no drilling on walls, we never used the air conditioner. Moreover before leaving the apartment we cleaned it well to leave it as we found it. Still we received only approx 35-38% of our deposit back. Moreover the management was very rude to us since we decided to leave the apartment.

Hi, I'm the manager and I refuse to get into an online dispute. It is apparent that two or three of the same people are trying to bash us, or me, as the case might be. It's a shame that a site, such as this one, that was intended to give future renters a bit of a "heads-up" is being used for a personal vendetta. I will not be responding to anymore of these reviews, because at this point I am only fueling the fire. What a shame!

I am not getting in any kind of dispute. I am just stating the truth. The Management should understand that No one is trying to bash anyone.They should try and improve. As I had mentioned in my review...I had liked the apartment when I started living in it.I was forced to change my opinion about the management when I left and its clear by the managers response that I am not wrong.
