I lived there for 2 years before I was relocated for my job and had to move. This is far the best place I have ever lived in! The management is simply exceptional; most of the times it didn't even take more than an hour to resolve minor issues (Maintenance is awesome!!). They were always very helpful and assisted all my needs. Washer and dryer in every apartment is a nice touch and the fitness and business center are open 24/7 and well maintained. The apartments are very nice with high-quality finishing, good sized rooms and equal number of rooms and bathrooms. (2BR/2BA, 3BR/3BA).

The only bad experience I had here was the renovation of the pool in the Spring when we could not use it for 2 months. But now it looks awesome and the whole community responded with an understanding manner to the apologies of the management for the construction. I hesitated to move in despite the professionalism of the management because I wanted to move to a gated community but I didn't have any problems with security.

Social events are a nice touch and despite the fact that I saw many families here, it's very quiet (with no major roads around) and Safeway is around the corner, a one-minute walk from the apartments.

I'd highly recommend this place for both families and individuals.

This person could have been paid to post this review. The architect who designed the units of this apartment complex must be an idiot. Strange room sizes, wrong placement of walls, irritatingly closing doors, I can keep going. The pool, fitness center and business center were closed only for 2 months? Nonsense, it was more like 4 months and they happily accepted the rent even without any guilt of not providing those amenities. What do you do with apologies? Yes, one thing I have to accept is excellent maintenance and management. Security is the worst? Don't leave anything outside even for a minute, lot of items got stolen, don't call me careless, I am talking about an environment with little kids that tend to forget their stuff and some basic security that you typically expect. I heard someone breaking into a car, and other such stuff stolen.

I have lived here for two years and feel completely safe in letting my son go outside and play with the other kids in the complex. My son has left several toys out, and he always seems to get them all back somehow?
