We have been living here for more than three years, and it has mostly been a positive experience.
The apartment itself is nice (remodeled ones are nicer), and they do a good job maintaining the neighborhood and keeping the pool/hot tub and gym clean.
The management and maintenance teams take care of any problems quickly and with a smile.
If we do have any concerns, we primarily deal with the assistant manager of the property since she was the person who "sold" us our lease. She is very professional, efficient, and always friendly.
The location is also very convenient. We are close to 101, 280, Central Expressway, and El Camino Real and next door to a shopping center (Safeway, dry cleaners, salon/barber shop, restaurants, liquor store) and a park.
The rent is on the high end, but this is one of the nicest apartment complexes in Sunnyvale.
