I liked it here until recently, but I am thinking about moving out. I don t really like writing negative things about this apartment, but I hope it helps for the future residents.
Pros: Safeway is across the street. Trader Joe s is 5 minutes drive away. The apartment has a big pool and a relaxing Jacuzzi. Office staffs are friendly. The property is well maintained.
Cons: The Braly park is nice but really noisy on the weekends during the summer time with many parties going on. Outsiders sometimes use the apartment facility such as the pool on a hot summer days. There were several car break-ins. The TVs in the gym were stolen (and replaced) many times. The gym is nice-sized, but the equipments are outdated. There are frequent noise problems. There is a gentleman who prays topless on the patio in a very loud voice. Some residents have parties at their places, invite many people, and make noise even after midnight. (It used to be a quiet apartment, though.) Some residents still barbecue on the patio or balcony, which is banned in Sunnyvale. There is no security gate, so everybody can enter the apartment property. The traffic mirror is often cracked or broken. There are several homeless people around the dumpster area at nights. Some residents don t know how to trash in a proper way, so there is often an intolerable stinky mess. The smell of Indian foods always wafts in the apartment complex, which could be nice to some residents but not nice to others. Some residents use pungent incense. Some buildings are located very close to each other, so you can see and hear your neighbors from your place.
