Moving day and they still didn't have the linolium laid. They never cleaned the place from the former tenants, rotting food was still in the refridge! Two years later and I scrubbed the place from top to bottom. They never made time for a walk through and as a result I only received back a whole $50.00 of my deposit. Furious I wrote a letter of complaint and demanded the balance of the deposit. I never took it to court but am sure I would have won if I had taken the time. BTW, there were several homes that were dealing drugs across the street. Not a recommended neighborhood for children.
