i've lived here about two years - i see a quiet, clean, well maintained apartment. living on a cul-de-sac is nice with no traffic and the other apartments are well kept. owner/management treats us well - sure i'd like lower rent. the local neighborhoor is clean and safe.
one thing i agree with - $250 WOULD probably buy something nicer. if only i actually HAD that extra $250! now - where did i put that lottery ticket.
