	quiet - well located. the place is kept clean and tidy. there is enough laundry equipment that machines are almost always available. my pet likes it here.

	after a few years, I still call this apartment home. quiet, nice location and good neighbors. convenient laundry and a parking. I like a small building rather than a mega-complex.
