I just thought I'd write a little blurb about my Shadowbrook experience. I moved to Shadowbrook this October and have found their facilities to be above average considering the price and location.

Most of the office workers are extremely helpful and friendly. They frequently try to boost resident relations by hosting different types of events/parties.

The maintenance staff usually responds within a day or two for non-urgent matters.

The majority of the occupants are extremely friendly and easygoing. They never complain about my late-night t.v. watching/music (Although, I usually keep the volume down). I've also had neighbors offer their help when I was moving or carrying a large number of bags in.

I've lived at a few communities and have to say Shadowbrook (in terms) of friendliness, assistance (maintenance/general), price, and location has been the best.

The only negative thing I can say is that (since it's an pre-1980 building), there are a few (but minor) maintenance problems that have required attention (but, again, the staff has responded quickly and successfully).
