The so called 'lakes' on this property are nothing but puddles of stagnant water that are mosquito breeding grounds! The ducks mess up the walkways all the time. Half of the equipment in the fitness room is always broken. If your apt has a fireplace please install a carbon monoxide detector as the chimneys may not always be maintained clean. The manager is especially un-cooperative with repair requests. Be prepared to loose most of the deposit when you move out!
The rents may appear low, but they do not include water, sewage & garbage - which will be an additional $50 per month! There are other better apartments in the vicinity. Check them out before deciding.
