It's terrible, and I'm sick of it. At the risk of losing my job - I work for the competition and the staff and I have been writing the negative reviews and posting them. The management had us do it because it helped us rent, because a lot of people read the negative reviews we posted for Shadowbrook and decided to rent from us instead.
Hey - negative publicity is giving us the only edge we've got over them...and it works.
I'm sorry.

I bet you work for El Mirador and RW Zukin Property Management, don't you? It would be characteristic of their sleazy management style.

this is absurd. if the negative comments were really the result of competition, they would be posted against all apartments in the area, not just shadowbrook. however this is not the case, so clearly this comment was forged by the nefarious management at shadowbrook.
