I have the some experinced that pretty much the same thing that happened to others.

1) I had problems with my neighbor (noise problem)1st i approach them personally and let them know about the excessive noise. Problem still the same,nothing change so, i called the office to let them know my problem. Management are nice and they went to my neighbor and talk to them and send also a letter to folow up the situation. I know cause they gave me the copy of the letter. For the person that wrote down about the noise problem, Sorry you felt that way to the Management. For me,they are very responsive and takes care of their residents.

2)Ants problem- I'm in the ground floor. I have problems with ants too. One day I saw a trail of ants in my kitchen. I called the office and they send maintenance right away and sprayed my kitchen. Maintenance told me that if the problem is still the same call the office again and they will scheduled the exterminator for me.


For noice problem- what do you expect, we are in the apartment complex , we have to deal the consequences what ever it is. We don't own the place.
