I gave them 30 days notice, and moved out during a month that had thirty one days. I payed them prorated rent. They adjusted it as if that month had thirty days. Here is my last conversation with the assistant manager.
Me: I saw that you incorrectly adjusted my prorated rent, even though July has 31 days.
Marcel: We always base daily prorated rent on thirty days.
Me: That's not right. We stayed for 10 out of 31 days. You can rent the place for 21 out of the 31 days.
Marcel: THIRTY DAYS!
I guess because her husband must yell at her, she feels she can yell at tenants if she has nothing to say.

To the person that post this review. You have the right to your own opinion but don't exaggerate that you think it will look good on your side. You know that pro-ration is always base on 30 days anywhere you go and I know that you're just upset because you did not get what you want from us. Good luck to your new place.
