Stay away from here. Its like living in the middle of a permanent construction zone. There's some major repair or the other on an extremely regular basis.

Too many notices about repairs are sent. So if they're redoing the driveway and want your car removed from the premises they send multiple notices each of them correcting the prior one and so its very hard to keep track of when you should park your car on the street etc.

Visitors cannot park inside the premises and street parking is a nightmare (esp away from Bernardo, on Acalanes and Arriba).

This is the South Bay. There are lots of great apartment complexes available.

Stay away from Shadowbrook.
