I lived in shadow brook apt for 4 years. For the first three years I lived with two roommates in a three bedrrom apt. After 3 years we moved in to two, two bedroom apts. We got all our deposit back because we were moving within the complex. The new apts we got were not brand new. We had all the things noted down on move in list. My roomates moved out in 6 months and shadow brook deducted $250. When my sister and me moved out after a year they deducted $ 200. When asked they gave some stupid reasons and the assistant manager lied. When we confronted them through email and requested to meet up they refused. Manager Diane was extremely arrogant and refused to see me.

If you ever move into shadow brrok apts make sure you take pictures and document everything. Looks like it is their policy to not return the deposit.

Inspite of so many complaints I wonder Diane and Maricel are still working
