Management is clueless, lease agreements are complex even for a lawyer

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007
 
She has been know to add items to the lease letter yet in the actual lease these items are not noted nor clear. Then you sign the lease without questioning the letter items and bingo they end up in an increase in your rent. Washer and Dryer facility is a nightmare. Always at least 2 washers are broke for several weeks and the dryers the same thing.
