I've lived in a 2/2 here for over a year now, and I can't complain. I was surprised at the negative reviews here so I wanted to give a positive opinion on the complex. The apartment itself is very nice, especially compared to some of the dumps I looked at in the area. When residents move out, they totally redo the inside of the units for the new residents with new floors & paint. Appliances are pretty new and work well. The rooms and common areas are a good size, and I love having two full bathrooms (this is hard to find!). I don't have a washer/dryer hookup in my unit but the common laundry facilities are pretty nice, and I generally don't have a problem getting a machine.

Whenever I have a maintenance request, I'm able to call from work, and my need is resolved by the time I get home. I've never had any issues with theft, dirt or anything with the maintenance guys coming in when I'm not at the place.

As far as I can tell, the residents here are pretty quiet and keep to themselves, In 1 years here, I've never had a complaint about noise from my neighbors.

A minor complaint is that if you leave a message at the office, they never reply...so I've learned to just call until I can actually talk to someone.

The people at the office are always friendly, though their level of knowledge about Prometheus (the company that owns the complex) policies varies from person to person- Chris is great for these types of questions.

When my lease ended, they did increase the rent by about $200 per month, but I decided to stay despite the increased cost.
