I have lived here now for 5.5 years.

When I first moved in i adored it! I still like the complex itself.

The neighborhood isn't so bad. The only real issue is the complex next door to us. They are rather loud and lack class of any kind... but luckily most of their noisy activity only really occurs on the weekends so it's not an everyday thing.

Parking is atrocious but it's not the complex's fault.

They're not terribly understanding of financial situations and the rent lately seems to constantly be being raised. But that has only happened recently.

I've enjoyed my first 3 years here very much. It's cozy and The rooms are spacious (at least i think so).

I've honestly just been in one place for too long but if i had to move back here again I would.

I give this place a C to B-

My only complaint that has been consistent from the beginning is no air conditioning!
