A Prometheus property charged me for damages I didn't do plus cleaning and painting that should be covered under normal wear and tear. I refused to pay the bill since they had already kept my deposit. Now they are suing me in court. I would like to have witnesses in case I do go to trial that can show a pattern of unethical management by Prometheus.
