We lived in this complex for 7 months and we really enjoyed it. This is mainly a corporate housing which makes it really quiet because there are almost no kids. Overall management team is ok (Tony was very friendly but the main person which is Heather can be a bit dry). It has a convenient location and a nice floor plan.
There is also private security monitoring the building which makes you feel safe.
The apartments that they lease out have Cable TV included but not the internet. And you have to get DSL as your carrier (Their contract with Comcast is a bit messed up that you cannot get Internet even though their cable TV is with them).
