The management team made a difference. Tenants loved this place (see previous reviews). I hate to move out, but the outrageous rent increase is forcing almost everyone to look for another place. All our friends moved already out. The entire first management team was replaced beginning of this year. Obviously, for the property owner greedyness is more important than creating a social community.
The new management team is more tough. The interaction with the tenants is minimal. Now, this place is just another place in Silicon Valley. Nothing special.

the rent increase is really terrible and worse the management - too bad for all of us who used to live there and once called it home.
