This place was running at 100% full, till Alliance top wigs decided to get greedy, and raise the rent almost 40%
They let wonderful managers go and have got young, immature managers who don't give a darn about this place. I think these managers took this job, coz they thought it would be a cool place to stay in.
Since their coming both the tvs from the gym have been stolen. The grounds look messy.
These are nice apartments and at one time was a happy cheery place to live in. The year has just begun so lets see ....

I have to agree with this review. The new managers are awful. They don't care about the tenants or the community. If we need to go into the leasing office to place a work order, we are made to feel like we are bothering them and wasting their time. We've had a maintenance issue that they have flat out refused to fix. Worse yet, every week there is someone different there, which makes resolving the problem next to impossible. This used to be such a wonderful place to live. Its a shame that snobbish, young immature managers have ruined our home.

once again - i agree - the previous management was wonderful - i dislike the new management thats why we are moving - its not a place to call home anymore..really sad.
