THE DECLINE!!!

Since the departure of previous management the only remaining piece of the puzzle is ownership. I can't reason why the gym has since been run down or the jacuzzi smells like feet or I have to step over trash to get rid of my own. I figure for paying in excess of $2200 a month for a 2-bedroom apartment that is falling apart, I should have some basic rights to a quality of living. Considering 3 rate hikes in less than a year, I can only attribute this insane, unjustified increases in rent to second hand information. This info is that these owners are desperately trying to augment income from poor business decisions made from property owned in down town San Jose in which they have a business building vacant for over 9 months due to greedy aspirations for rent. It is nice but not worth the money. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
