Lived here for one year and was prepared to renew despite the 30% rent increase. However, everytime we went to the management office, we stood there waiting for staff to be off the phone for over 15 minutes or finish up whatever it is that they were doing. Not even a simple "I'll be right with you." Once, immediately after we went into the office, the lady looked at us and started to dial the phone ! When we requested for a renewal lease form and wanted to take the paperwork with us, the Manager said "No. You cannnot remove the document from this office." This went on for couple of times before we decided that we did not want to deal with this and started to look for another place. When we first moved in, the management was much nicer and always courteous. What a decline. And all this with the rent hike. The unit is nice only because it is newer. The owner should seriously be concerned about how the front office staff are turning business away ! WILL NOT RECOMMEND unless you have no other choice, but there are plenty.

I was a resident there too and we wanted to renew but its just been awful dealing with the staff at the front office - the previous staff were so much more nicer, friendlier, polite, helpful and down to earth - this new management is just something else. We waited everytime we were there until we got tired of dealing with them
