I stopped by for a tour last weekend. The apartments looked new, but I decided not to rent. Here are my reasons:

1. Not a nice location. Too close to the freeway.

2. The unit they had available for me had a window looking out the street. I hate to hear street traffic noises.

3. The office staff appeared indifferent. They just didn't care to answer my questions completely. In fact, if I hadn't asked any questions, they wouldn't have said anything to convince me to rent. They really didn't care at all. That made me concerned because if they continue to be like that, once I've moved it and need some repairs, or there's any problem with my utilities bills, it probably will take ages for them to resolve the issues.

4. I don't like the parking situation either. There are many tight parking spots.
