I've been here since the beginning. I was the first person to live in my apartment. I was impressed with nearly everything when I first visited Tamarind Square. It was an easy decision to move here in 2004. It was an easy decision to renew my lease last year. It will also be easy to move out when my lease is up later this year. The direction this community is headed is unfortunate. The management and maintenance team were replaced at the start of this year and the effects have been tremendously evident. The grounds are in decline. The garbage areas are deplorable. The managers are unfriendly and hostile. I have been protected by increases because of my lease, but I have seen a huge turnover of tenants the past four-five months. Moving trucks are here every weekend and units sit empty longer than they used to. It's sad to see such an unnecessary decline of a community I've called home. The owners of this property have really dropped the ball in regards to something that was a good thing now being just ordinary or worse, something to be avoided.

I completely agree with this review. I have lived here in the last year and unfortunately renewed my lease. If I knew that the community and management would decline in quality I would not have done so.

I couldn't have said it better! This is a great, truthful critique. I absolutely agree in your sentence... "The managers are unfriendly and hostile." Not to mention very condescending, arrogant and incompetent.

I agree. Nnout nailed it too -- "Not to mention very condescending, arrogant and incompetent." I am suprised someone actually commended the assistant manager on a great job. What a joke!
