The place is nice, clean, and quiet (I guess it depends on your neighbors). However, you can rent a single-family house for the price of their townhome-like unit.

If anyone expects to stay home 90% of the time or more and also expect to have it very quiet, I think s/he should look into nursing homes, senior apartments, or detached houses.

I don't know about others. For what I know, the assistant manager, America, is not like some reviewers here said. I talked to her several times. She's a reasonable person. I don't find her so hard to talk to.

Last but not least, I think people should use this site to post objective comments instead of otherwise.
