The apartment complex is good and equipped with a decent gym and clubhouse. The rent is definitely on the higher end.

However, I do not plan on renewing my lease because of the office staff.

They are hard to get in touch with. If you do find them, they are extremely rude and unaccomodating. They will want you to find time and work around their schedule. Seems like they're understaffed and uncoordinated between the two of them.

The staff makes this apartment not worth renting.
