Don't rent units on the first floor because you can hear you upstairs neighbor footsteps, extremely loud. Poor building materials' It's even worse if your upstairs neighbor is an insomniac. Don't rent the units near the power generator, VERY noisy at night! This place is definately over-priced and don't expect a good night sleep if you live on the 1st floor!
