Pretty good place, a bit pricey

We've lived in both a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom townhouse. Our 1 bedroom was pretty nice until a family with a little stomping child and ridiculous toys moved in above us. I think you'll always hear noise but with the kitchen being above the bedroom, if you go to bed early, it may be difficult. Overall the places are really nice, especially compared to other ones in the area. It's really beautiful and clean in nice with modern appliances, AC, and heat. I can't stand shoddy construction or dirty bathrooms and kitchens and it's been one of the few places in the area that I find acceptable. The 2 bedrooms are huge and I love ours. We never hear the neighbors either. Compared to other places, it's a bit pricier. It's nice not being on a major street or next to a freeway though because you can always leave your windows open. There aren't many luxury apartments in the area that fit that criteria.
I think the pet rent ($15 per pet per month) is absolutely ridiculous but everyone in the area is doing it so I will begrudgingly live with it. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I live in a 1 br and it is fine except when the 2nd floor people run their dishwasher at 11PM!! 2nd floor people don't realize their kitchen is right above your bedroom. I have had 2 separate neighbors move in and out of the 2nd floor above me and both did the same thing. Overall I tolerate the late dishwasher b/c of the same reasons as the people writing this review. I don't have a pet, I was thinking of getting one but the pet rent (per pet) and deposit (750) was just too steep for my principles.
