I have lived in Tamarind Square since it opened in 2005, and overall my impression has been positive: professional staff, quality construction, and good maintenance.

I think the negative reviews on apartmentratings.com reflect a one-year period when we had a bad property manager. She's gone and her replacement is doing a great job.

We lived in Tamarind Square few years ago and gave a bad review due to unresponsiveness of front office. Worse, a deposit check was mailed to the unit where we lived after we moved (even though we left a mailing address.) The check was cashed with fraudulent signature. Neither the management office nor the owners and its bank will assist us in tracing who the thief was. We wanted to file small claims against them, but since it had to be filed locally and we moved out of state, we gave up on doing so, although we simply wanted to do so out of principal. It's not the management, it's the ownership. They are BAD people, who do not care about the tenants of their property.
