This place is a toilet of an apartment community. Parking at night -- INSANE! Management -- ran like bunch of school girls! Walls -- I hope you like to hear your neighbors thump through the night! Price -- INSANE -- Classic bait and switch with competitive rent your first term, then they JACK THE RATES UP at the end of your lease -- RENEW OR MOVE... pay the price.
Do not move to the facade that is Tamarind Square....

I agree with the utility bill (mine went from $40 to $90/month when they switched to a new provider), but -Anonymous- is wrong about the apartment complex itself. I know for a fact that parking isn't difficult, except maybe Sunday nights, because my girlfriend comes over and easily finds an open spot most of the time. The apartments are pretty well built and I rarely hear anything come from the neighbors on either side (I don't have anyone above or below me). Finally, my rent increased after the first year, but by a few percent, which is not "Jacked up" by my definition...

mine went up 20% on renewal as well -- not what i consider to be fair
