Hi, I've lived here with my family for over a year, but I have moved recently due to the fact that price is very high, they don't consider the fact that we are in ressesion and their prices are sky high, place is good, nice, good community, very quiete, no problems with parkings if you don't have 5 cars, two cars people will be fine. The only problem is with the air conditioning system, it is unbelievably loud, You cannot sleep at night with the Air condition on, you have to make sure to turn it off because it will drive you nuts until the morning, every time it goes on automatically, be prepared to wake up with it.
