I have overall been quite happy at the Landmark. I find the apartment itself to be in need of new fixtures, paint, carpet, and even replacement of the deck would be in order. The property just did an overhaul of the clubhouse, which in my opinion is the last thing in a long line of necessary remodeling. They should have used that money to revamp the insides of the dingy apartments. I have also heard from other residents that they are not good about refunding the deposits...that remains to be seen for me. I am a bit skeptical of this site for the reason that there is no way to verify if someone stating their opinion really did live there. Judging from the petty nature of most people in this business, I would render to bet that most ratings are "competitors" from other apartment communities. I would go further to say the wonderfully glowing reviews are probably a reflection of the property managers themselves attempting to boost their rating. Overall, I would suggest looking elsewhere for a better deal but you wouldn't be making the biggest mistake living here.
