Good Apartment but Very Very bad Management

Years at this apartment: 2001-01-01 - 2002-01-01

LandMark was one the best apartments in the recent past . But these days the management is very poor. To say the least they don't even speak properly to the tenants. A common reply is " its not my problem " . Lack of communication among the staff is adamant. If you agree on something with one of the staff members , the others are not informed at all.

One word to sum up the whole thing - CHAOS
