Theft is certainly a problem

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I lived here for one year--my car was broken into, and all mgmt had to say was 'sorry.' i know it's not their fault directly, but my car was not the only one broken into, and no effort was made to increase security or anything of the sort. also, it is very very epxensive, even for this area.
