Overall very good- best if you make use of amenities

Since moving in last summer I have generally been very pleased with the Landmark- studios are spacious, kitchens are a delight, and the walkin closet can almost fit a twin size bed! Do look before you lease, as there is quite a bit of variation between units. Prices have come down by $200/month since, so signing a 6 mon. lease is the way to go.
There was a car stolen a month ago, and at least one breakin attempted the same night, but otherwise no other major crimes to my knowledge. Biggest problem is certainly the availability of management-- do not expect them to ever pick up the phone when they are in, and they will be out for the day "due to unforeseen circumstances" on what seems to be a weekly basis. Not particularly helpful since they are always closed on Sundays.
Otherwise, people are generally friendly, the noise level is usually quiet, and the landscaping is excellent. Barring the spartan exercise/weight room, the tennis court & pool area are top-notch, especially on a sunny day.
